Tips for Make UP Students for Self-Assessment:
Fundamentals

 Upon completion of the make up in the appropriate time frame, all students should assess their work by using the following criteria:

1.  Does the color of the foundation match the neck, chest, and other parts of exposed skin under daylight?

2.  Are all blemishes and texture adequately covered?

3.  Is all hyperpigmentation covered? 

4.   Is the undereye circles covered and not too grey?

5.   Is their excessive shine anywhere?

6.   With the eye make up, does the eyeshadow design work for the eyestructure?  Does the color make sense for the undertone?   Are there symmetry between both eyes?

7.   Does the eyeliner work for the eye shape?  Is it even on both eyes?

8.   Are the lashes properly applied?

9.   Is there any dry skin apparent?, Pilling of incomparable products?

10. Does the blush placement make sense for the bone structure?

11.  Is the contour and highlight appropriate for the medium?  Well blended?   

12.  Is the neck and arms bronzed as needed?

13. Is the lipline well defined and even all around the lips?

14. What is the focus of the make up?

15. Did the makeup take longer than an hour?
